Our current service day is Sunday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. We'll confirm your assigned route window after approving your address. For approved twice-weekly plans, Sunday is the regular day; the second day may vary each week based on demand. We’ll notify you at least 24 hours ahead of the second visit.

Standard cleanup includes securely double-bagging collected waste and placing it in your designated outdoor trash can, with your permission. Prefer us to take it away? Off-property waste haul-away may be available for an additional $5 per visit, only after we confirm that service and appropriate disposal arrangements for your address. Please tell us your preference when requesting a quote.

Yes. Trash-only customers can request a separate quote without selecting dog waste cleanup. Monthly plans: rollout only $30, return only $30, both $52, or $43 for both with an active recurring dog waste subscription. Recycling on the same service days is included; recycling requiring separate collection-day visits adds $22/month. Requested service days are subject to approval.

Our recurring-service promise includes photo confirmation when appropriate, equipment sanitization between yards, appointment and completion updates, a gate check, alerts about obvious yard issues, and a $10 referral credit when a referred neighbor completes their first paid month. We will confirm notification preferences when your service is approved.

Not necessarily. We need safe access to your yard, and dogs must be secured during cleanup. We'll discuss access details when we confirm service.

Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance, using an annualized average number of visits. For example, weekly one-dog service at $19 per visit is approximately $82.33 per month. Your final rate and start date are confirmed before payment.

We focus on Jacksonville neighborhoods near Lakewood, San Jose, Miramar, and surrounding communities. Submit your address and we'll check whether it fits an available route.

Yes, by request and subject to route availability. After we approve and confirm your two service days, your recurring plan includes two visits per week. Sunday is fixed; the second service day may vary weekly based on existing bookings. We’ll notify you at least 24 hours before the second visit. Your plan is activated only after we can accommodate two visits per week.

Yes. Trash can valet includes a photo after rollout at the curb and another after return to your designated storage location, at no additional cost. This applies to both standalone and dog waste bundled trash valet plans. If your plan covers only rollout or only return, we photograph the step we perform. We confirm your preferred photo delivery method when activating service.

We work through ordinary rain, but may delay service when lightning, severe storms, flooding, tropical weather, high winds, or unsafe access make a visit unsafe. We will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably possible and arrange a makeup visit when feasible. Dog waste cleanup may be completed at the next scheduled visit without a buildup surcharge if a makeup visit is not practical. For trash and recycling valet, we will try to follow any revised municipal collection schedule; if we cannot complete a collection cycle or a suitable makeup visit, we will apply a proportional credit toward the next monthly invoice.
